- Information that you provide by filling in our booking form on our site www.craigelachielodge.co.uk (“site”).
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- Details of bookings you make with us.
We use Google Analytics, which anonymously tracks things like numbers of visits/visitors/pageviews to our website, popular pages, customer journeys, and what browser or device people are using. It does not collect any personal information about the individual user. This enables us to monitor the performance of the website and ensure it can be used by everybody.
Where we will store your data
? How will you handle contacts who have previously enquired, do you keep records of past guests?
How will we use your data
We do not pass on your details to any third party. We will use your data to contact you should any issue with your booking arise.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Contact details and address will be taken at time of booking. A valid debit or credit card will be required to secure the reservation.
A confirmation email shall be sent upon reservation. The room is not reserved until the email is received. If no email is received, please contact us immediately.
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount is payable. If cancelled less than 2 days prior to the arrival date (or in the event of a no-show), 100% of the total booking amount is payable.
From 1st July 2017, for bookings made over £500 in value, a 25% non-refundable deposit shall be taken in addition to the above terms.
Cash, bank transfer, selected bank cards will be accepted subject to processing fees.
